The owner of Christian Brothers Roofing personally inspects the work while it is in-progress to make sure it meets our quality standards. Christian Brothers Roofing always removes the old roof before installing the new roof. A complete tear-off allows for inspection for deteriorated wood, effective replacement of the metal flashings and installation of waterproofing underlayment.

Because we are confident that our quality control system will provide a more reliable roof, we offer a 10-year warranty on workmanship.

When we ended up with some white vents under the eaves of our house, he came back and replaced the more visible ones with the color that more closely match our home. Whenever, we sent an email or called asking about something or wanting something, Scott quickly responded.
